these people are fauds , they collect debts that are past the statute of limitations, threaten legal action, and arrest, when asked if they are a collection agency they will tell you no.. and they are .. report for fdcpa violations to FTC, BBB, etc ..

Caroline Kirk has called me from the number listed above. She states this is her home telephone number. If Caroline Kirk would stop calling me as she has been asked to then such postings would not submitted. Caroline Kirk has been calling for 3 and one-half years, enough is enough. There has to be stronger laws put into place for people who will not stop this kind of behavior. Call your local congressman to help all victims of telephone harassment.
